Love an old fashioned.


Love rye whiskey, generally, but I like that they point out that the orange and cherry take it a step further into cocktail land than a true old fashioned. Rye, rocks, bitters and a sugar cube. Perfection attained. Bulliett is the go-to, but interested to try John Daniel's entry. I wonder what took them so long?

...I enjoy the fruity version also, but it's not a true old fashioned.
